Virtual events consist of a series of pre-recorded talks available to view for a specified amount of time. The videos are viewable from a password-protected retreat access page and each participant is given a unique login and password.\n

Yes, you may register more than one person at a time for virtual events. Fill out the registration form and, when you have finished one person\u2019s registration, simply click the button that says \u201cAdd Another Registration\u201d to register the next person. Instructions and login credentials to access the retreat portal will be sent via email on the week prior to the event. Please make sure to check your \u201cJunk\u201d, \u201cSpam\u201d \u201cPromotions\u201d and \u201cTrash\u201d folders if you are unable to locate the email with your login credentials the week before the event.<\/p>

On the <\/span>retreat<\/span> access<\/span> page, which becomes available the week <\/span>before<\/span> the event, you will find a \u201cWorkbook\u201d page in the navigation menu on the left side of the page. On this page, you will be prompted t<\/span>o electronically sign a \u201cWorkbook Agreement<\/span>\u201d,<\/span> after which <\/span><\/span>the workbook can be downloaded to your device.<\/span><\/span><\/span> We recommend printing a hardcopy for use throughout the retreat.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Yes, <\/span>a recording of each livestreamed session will be accessible in the <\/span>retreat portal within 24 hours after the<\/span> conclusion of the session. <\/span>You will <\/span>be able to <\/span>view these until <\/span>the expiration of your retreat access (see Question #11<\/span> below). <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    We are unable to assist in troubleshooting compatibility, but we can provide the following information: You need to be logged into your private retreat page with a minimum required bandwidth (download speed) of 7 mbps. In addition, we recommend using the<\/span> most up-to-date operating system (<\/span>e.g.<\/span> Windows or Mac <\/span>OS) and browser<\/span> (<\/span>e.g.<\/span> Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.)<\/span> for<\/span> your device.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

    We highly recommend using a desktop computer, laptop computer, or tablet for the best experience of the videos, although\u202fsmaller mobile devices and phones also work for viewing the recordings. (Please note that this retreat page, while \u201cresponsive\u201d to whatever screen size you have, is optimally viewed on a larger screen.) \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    No, you don\u2019t have to follow the schedule. While participants are provided a recommended schedule, conferences can <\/span>be also<\/span> experienced like a self-paced online retreat\u2014so you can engage in the videos in a way that best fits your schedule.\u202f<\/span>Please keep in mind that access to the private retreat access page expires Monday, 9 days following the event, at 11:59 PM ET.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

    We do strongly recommend you progress through the videos in chronological order.\u202fEach teaching builds on the last, so in order to get the most out of the event we ask that you progress through each video in order rather than skip ahead.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
