This one-day workshop, presented by Mark and Melissa Perez, is designed to provide married and engaged couples with essential information to help them understand why they act the way they do in high-stress situations and in conflict, with the goal of safe and healthy conflict resolution.* <\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In this workshop, couples will be given communication tools and ample time to practice new skills by employing a unique and effective hands-on approach. Sessions will focus on self-awareness, where couples will learn about their personal approach to conflict, while fostering an understanding of their spouses\u2019 response. These sessions also serve as a unique and reflective journey for each couple, providing insight and perspective designed to deepen the marital bond. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
